Privacy policy

TwoReps (“TwoReps”, “we”, “us”) runs the TwoReps app and this website. Questions about privacy go to support@tworeps.app.

• Account. Your email address, and your name if you sign in with Apple or Google and they share it. You can use the tracker without an account.
• Profile and training. What you enter: birth date, sex, height, experience, goals, equipment, training days, routines, programs, workouts, sets and body weight.
• Body and goal photos. Taken or picked by you, stored on your phone. They leave your phone only when you ask for an AI analysis, after you agree to it.
• Coach chat. Your messages and a summary of your training are sent to our AI provider to answer you. The chat history stays on your phone.
• Apple Health / Health Connect. With your permission we read steps, active energy, resting heart rate, heart-rate variability, sleep and weight. These stay on your phone; only weigh-ins you import become part of your body-weight log. Health data is never used for advertising.
• Subscriptions. Apple or Google handle payment. We receive only whether your subscription is active, the product and when it renews or ends.
• App usage. Anonymous events about how the app is used (screens opened, features used, crashes). They never include your health values or photos.

• To run the tracker, your programs and your coach.
• To back up your training to your account and restore it on another phone.
• To give TwoReps Pro to subscribers and keep fair-use limits on AI features.
• To fix problems and improve the app.

Coach chat, physique analysis and program building use Anthropic’s Claude API. We send only what the feature needs: your message and a summary of your training, or the photos you chose with your profile basics. Under Anthropic’s commercial terms, this data is not used to train their models.

Photo features are for adults (18+) and always ask for your consent first. AI results are estimates, not medical assessments.

• Apple and Google: sign-in and in-app purchases.
• RevenueCat: subscription status.
• Vexo: anonymous app analytics.
• Our email provider: sign-in codes.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each account can only read its own data, and your session on the phone is stored encrypted. Photos are never made public.

We keep your account data until you delete it. In the app, go to Profile ▸ Account ▸ Delete account to permanently delete your account and everything stored with it. Without an account, Profile ▸ Data & export clears what’s on your phone.

You can export your workouts and body weight as CSV from the same screen.

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or object to how it’s used. Most of this you can do in the app; for anything else, write to support@tworeps.app. We don’t sell your personal information.

TwoReps is for people 13 and older; photo features are 18+. We don’t knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you think a child has given us data, contact support@tworeps.app.

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above and, for important changes, tell you in the app.
